Yusuf-Ogunleye Ayowole Saka hails from Oba-Ile in Akure North Local

Government Area of Ondo State.  He was born on 28th May, 1970.

        He attended St. John’s Anglican Primary School, Oba-Ile, St. Thomas

Aquinas College, Akure; Isero Grammar School, Odigbo; Staff

Development Centre, Akure; and Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba

Akoko. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and International


Ayowole had served as the Secretary, Akure North Local Government

Education Authority; held several appointments on political party

platforms, such as Member Election Committee All Progressive Congress

(APC) National Convention in 2014.  He also served as the Secretary,

Planning/Strategy Committee 2015 Presidential/National Assembly

Elections for the APC, Ondo State and the Director-General Aketi

Campaign Committee Akure North/South Federal Constituency in 2015;

among many other enviable positions of responsibility.

He is happily married and blessed with children.

Saka Yusuf Ogunleye, is the Commissioner, Ministry of Youth & SportOndo State.

Ondo State is a state in Nigeria created on 3 February 1976 from the former Western State. It originally included what is now Ekiti State, which was split off in 1996. Akure is the state capital.
