Remove illegal attachments ODSG warns Oba Osupa rd traders
As part of efforts towards proper planning of the environment with recourse to Physical Planning rules, the Ondo state government is calling on all owners of illegal temporary attachments or eave projections at Oba Osupa otherwise called highcourt road to remove them before demolition commences.
The Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development,
Prince Solagbade Amodeni, who made this statement in his office at Oyemekun
road said, a 3 day ultimatum has been given starting from 25th to 27th October,
2018 to allow for the removal of these illegal attachments or eave projections
lining the road from S.O junction to NEPA roundabout.
Prince Amodeni, however, made it clear that the removal or demolition of these illegal attachments or eave projections does not attract any form of compensation from the state government.
